We were recently asked by Perfect Settings Catering to design an event for Brandywine Realty Trust. We had the pleasure of taking a raw unfinished office space and making it into a cool environment where the Brokers could gather for a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres party.
The company colors are green and blue, so with the help of Synergetic we lit the dull grey space up with green lights, projected their logo on the wall, and added some texture to the bare walls with chevron patterned lights. We rented blue glowing orbs from Cort, along with leather couches, rustique communal cafe table, some al fresco bar tables, and bistro stools. Inspired by the decor at Morimoto, we rented the luna bar and coffee tables from Cort.

Here is the space in the beginning, and to be honest it wasn’t the easiest place to picture ourselves having a drink or a particularly memorable time.
